What Is Saner Living?

  • Saner Living is about creating a life that feels good. Saner Living is personal, every person has their own definition of what Saner Living means to them. Saner Living takes into consideration many life areas such as relationships, work, health, spirituality, personal renewal, etc. It's about making choices that allows us to have the best possible and most fulfilling lives. It's about taking small steps towards what we really want. Saner Living is not about an idealized vision of what a great life is supposed to look like. It's about releasing preconceived notions or images and ideas that are fed to us about what a good life is, so that we can purposefully, carefully and soulfully make choices that will over time lead us into Saner Living. This blog is dedicated to providing inspiration, thought provoking ideas and practical tips that can be used to create saner lives. Please contribute your thoughts to the concept of Saner Living; what it means to you and how you manifest it in your life.

    How Is Your Infrastructure?

I have been thinking about the state of our country's economy and the fragile infrastructure that supports not only our economy, but our roads, bridges and other vital support systems.  It seems an overwhelming yet vital task to rework and reinforce the worn-out systems that we depend on to live and thrive. The most effect we can have on achieving this goal is to elect the right officials, otherwise it seems out of our hands.  But what about our own infrastructure?  How do we take care of our bodies, souls, relationships?  This is our responsibility, no one else will be elected to this task. When our personal systems are healthy and strong inside and out, our energy is vibrant.  This vibrant energy can contribute to make a stronger and better world.

I have discovered a couple of websites that are designed to help people focus on personal changes.   Check them out and set some goals to improve your infrastructure!

    Tips For Saner Living

    • Password Ease
One of the best things I have done was to buy a password organizing software called Passwords Plus. It keeps all my passwords, user IDs, credit card numbers, etc. So, no more hunting for tiny scraps of paper with password info. I type my login information into password plus as I create it. It's a breeze and saves me lots of time for more fun things.
